He has built and managed investment portfolios of leading PE and VC funds in Central and Eastern Europe, as former Vice President at Enterprise Investors and Managing Director at bmp Polska. Tomasz is also a seasoned strategic investor, proven during his time as M&A Director at the Computerland Group and Sygnity S.A and serving on 27 supervisory boards. His expertise extends to a wide range of industries, focusing on small and medium-sized companies. He is currently a Partner at Silvergrass Capital Partners; he supports Arkley Brinc VC as a member of the Advisory Board.
